Mogadishu (Gubta.com) Aides of the presidential palace confirmed us that the summit was due to be held at Juba hall.
However, due to security concerns the meeting was postponed. Sources from the presidential palace cited that the ongoing fighting between the government forces and Islamic militia was the main reason why the meeting was postponed.
