Acting prime minister attends graduation ceremony

Mogadishu (Gubta.com) The acting prime minister, Abdullahi Gonjeh and minister for Women Empowerment, Mrs.Fowsia Mohamed Sheikh took part in a graduation ceremony at Qamar Institute of Women Development, where students were being given certificates.
