Minister accuses Hargeisa of aiding Islamist insurgents

Puntland regional government has said that soldiers from northwest Somalia fought alongside Islamic insurgents.
Puntland  Minister, Saed Hassan, said that some reports attempted to portray the conflict as a clan war. The war was strictly between Puntland regioal authority troops and islamic militants.
